RALEIGH (WTVD) -- Raleigh police have arrested three people in connection with a fatal shooting outside a gas station in Raleigh.

It happened shortly after 10 p.m. Wednesday behind Zee's Food Mart in the 800 block of Rock Quarry Road, near MLK Blvd.

Authorities said a man was shot in the head and declared dead at the scene. He was later identified as 25-year-old Demetrious Delmenta Johnson of Raleigh.

Following an investigation, Raleigh police arrested 23-year-old Deeshone Lamont Jamal Gilmore, 21-year-old Anthony Craven Webster, and 18-year-old Tyshad Jabar Lawson. All three are charged with murder and were taken into custody without incident. They are being held at the Wake County Detention Center.
