Developers hope to use Southwest Raleigh warehouse to help local entrepreneurs

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- A huge abandoned warehouse sits on nearly half a whole city block in downtown Raleigh, just a few blocks east of the Raleigh Eyewitness News Center.

The city owns it and just picked a group of developers to sell it to, and what they're planning on doing with it is different than anything else we've seen in Raleigh.
