A new police bulletin is going out to 18,000 law enforcement agencies across the country in the wake of the Paris terrorist attack.

It is warning about the proliferation of ISIS and Al-Qaida propaganda on social media which is encouraging fighters everywhere to initiate attacks against the west.

The bulletin also says major U.S. cities, aviation, and mass transit will remain attractive targets.

It says there are no specific threats, but the alert urges all military and law enforcement to remain vigilant.
