CENTER TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- A western Pennsylvania woman managed to steal a police car while handcuffed.

Dash-cam video shows Roxanne Rimer being arrested in Center Township, Beaver County on January 14th.

When officers turned their backs, Rimer jumped into the driver's seat of the cruiser, managed to turn the siren on, and sped away.

Police say she reached 80 miles per hour, steering with her knees.

She was captured after she abandoned the car and ran, still in handcuffs.

No one was hurt during the daring escape attempt.

She's due in court to face dozens of charges in May.
