A homeowner's surveillance video captured the man disrobing and taking a dip in the pool

KATY, TX -- Investigators hope you can help them find a man they say went into the back yard of a home in the Katy area, took a dip in the homeowner's pool and sat down without clothes looking into the house.

It happened in the Falcon Point subdivision on July 14. The homeowner reportedly didn't know about the intruder until discovering an ottoman in the back yard had been moved onto the side of the yard near a fence.

When that homeowner went to review video from the surveillance system, a man could be seen entering the back yard at around 11:25 p.m., then disrobing and getting into the homeowner's pool.

Investigators say when the suspect got out, still unclothed, he sat down in a chair with a view into the living room where the homeowner was inside reading a book.

That suspect then reportedly put his clothes back on and left the back yard by jumping a fence where the ottoman had been placed.

The suspect is described as a white male with short dark hair, possibly balding, and was wearing a Texans t-shirt.

Information which leads to the apprehension and filing of charges on the suspects involved could earn a reward of up to $5,000.

All calls to Crime Stoppers are anonymous.
