Raleigh police need help identifying armed robbery suspect

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- The Raleigh Police Department is asking for help identifying a suspect in a series of armed robberies in April.

Police say there were four robberies at Raleigh businesses:

  • April 17 at Little Sue's Mini Mart at 430 Buck Jones Road around 11:00 p.m.
  • April 20 at the Days Inn at 6619 Glenwood Avenue about 8:30 p.m.
  • April 27 at the Comfort Suites at 1309 Corporation Parkway about 10:40 p.m.
  • April 29 at the Super 8 at 2501 South Saunders Street just before 9 p.m.

Authorities describe the suspect as a Hispanic male with a thin build, approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall. He's been armed with a gun and wears a large blue hoodie.
