Raleigh police search for suspected peeper in surveillance photo

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- Raleigh police need help finding a man seen in a surveillance photo.

Police say he is a suspect in an Oct. 12 incident in which he appeared to use a mobile phone to take a photo or video up the skirt of a female victim.

It happened in the 7900 block of Old Wake Forest Road.

Investigators say the suspect is a white male with a slender build who is about 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs around 175 pounds. Police believe he is in his 20s.
