Shooting kills one, injures three in Lumberton

LUMBERTON, N.C. (WTVD) -- An overnight shooting in Lumberton left one young man dead and three others injured, including a six-year-old child.

Police said it happened early Saturday morning in the Turner Mobile Home Park.

Authorities found 25-year-old Nathaniel Thompson shot to death. Two others were seriously hurt.

The six-year-old has non-life threatening injuries, according to police.

There has been no word yet on a suspect or a possible motive.
