FAYETTEVILLE (WTVD) -- Police need help identifying a person accused of robbing three convenience stores on major roads in Fayetteville.

Detectives said the first armed robbery happened on June 5 just after 4 a.m. at the Hess-Wilco on Raeford Road.

The second robbery happened on June 12 just after 4:30 a.m. at the Kangaroo convenience store on Hope Mills The third robbery happened the next day, just before 5 a.m. at the Kangaroo convenience store on Bragg Boulevard.

During all the robberies, the man wore a puffy black jacket, a blue toboggan, and a bandana over his face.

Detectives obtained surveillance images from the robberies and determined the robberies were all committed by the same man. Now, police need the public's help identifying the thief.
