CHARLOTTE (WTVD) -- A woman accused of impersonating a police officer near Charlotte is out of jail.
Police say Tia Taylor went to two different homes in Chester, S.C. and pretended to be a detective investigating a sex crime.
One of her alleged victims, John Westly, wasn't fooled. Westly is a retired New York City police officer.
When Westly questioned Taylor, she ran off.
Taylor was charged with two counts of impersonating a police officer.
