Woman in hospital after Fayetteville hit-and-run

FAYETTEVILLE (WTVD) -- Police are investigating a hit-and-run that happened early Saturday morning in Fayetteville.

Authorities said a woman was crossing the 1800 block of Pamalee Drive when she was hit by a black Cadillac.

The driver fled the scene, according to officials.

The woman was taken to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, but police have not released information on her condition or identity.
