We're not sure how this driver on I-540 could see...well, anything

RALEIGH, N.C. (WTVD) -- Sometimes we think we've seen everything...and then we get a video like this.

An ABC11 viewer says they spotted this car on Interstate 540 Friday morning, in the area of Capital Boulevard.

As you can see in the video above, the vehicle's front hood was up, completely blocking the windshield.

The vehicle did have its four-way flashers activated.
