HOUSTON -- Ducklings slowed traffic in Houston on Sunday. Bellaire police officers were alerted that a duck family was on the freeway and provided them with an escort.

The ducks were first spotted near 610 and Bellaire around 9 a.m. this morning. Drivers slowed down to get a look at the unusual procession.

Police managed to herd the fuzzy family into green space and safety.
