RALEIGH (WTVD) -- It's not unusual these days to see new restaurants popping up in downtown Raleigh. But one that just opened its doors last week already has a closing date in mind.
At the pop up sandwich shop called Linus and Pepper's, culinary students from the Chef's Academy are making meals daily under the guidance of Chef Michael Santos and learning what it's like to run a restaurant.
Linus and Pepper's at 126 S. Salisbury St. in Raleigh is set to close on august 24, but if things keep going well, the doors could stay open a little longer.
