Driver seriously injured in Wake County crash

WAKE COUNTY, N.C. (WTVD) -- A wild car wreck ended up with a vehicle on its side in a Wake County front yard.

The crash happened at Poole Road just east of Hodge Road.

The driver of an SUV lost control and slammed into a parked car before ending up on its side.

The driver was seriously injured and was rushed to the hospital.
