Power returns for roughly 1,600 in Southern Wake County

WAKE COUNTY, N.C. (WTVD) -- Duke Energy tracked a power outage for around 1,600 customers in southern Wake County on Monday morning.

Most of the outages were in Holly Springs, near Holly Springs Road and Sunset Lake Road.

Power returned to the community later Monday. The cause of the outages is currently unknown.
