Driver in hospital after crash on Capital Boulevard

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- A driver is in the hospital after a crash early Monday morning on Capital Boulevard in Raleigh.

Around 2 a.m. Monday a man lost control on the northbound Capital Boulevard near Old Buffaloe Road, according to police.

Authorities say he plowed through trees and bushes in the median.

It took several hours for crews to clean up the accident.

No details have been released on his condition.
