Raleigh police officer faces DWI, weapons charges

RALEIGH, N.C. (WTVD) -- A Raleigh police officer is facing a DWI charge.

Vicente L. Kinney, 25, was arrested Monday morning on Hammond Road.

Kinney is also charged with carrying a concealed gun while consuming alcohol.
