1 seriously injured in Durham shooting, police investigating

DURHAM (WTVD) -- The Durham Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred in the 1600 block of Holloway Street Sunday evening.

Around 5:30 p.m. officers were called to the scene where they found 39-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound.

He was transported to the hospital with serious, possibly life-threatening injuries.

Police have not released his identity.

No suspects are in custody.

A follow-up investigation is underway.
