The group holds the ceremony every year to show gratitude for those who have served.
Other Veterans Day events around the Triangle include a wreath laying at the Rolesville Veterans Memorial, a celebration at the Cary Veterans Freedom Park on North Harrison Avenue, a dedication ceremony for the Orange County Veterans Memorial on Homestead Road in Chapel Hill, and events at Fort Bragg.
