Russell Wilson to grads: Don't throw INT late in Super Bowl

Not long into his commencement address at the University of Wisconsin,Seattle Seahawksquarterback Russell Wilson poked fun at himself for the biggest interception in Super Bowl history.

"Of course, I'm also here to share some things I've learned," Wilson said. "Things like, if you're dating a woman that's way out of your league, ask her to marry you. If you can throw a football 80 yards, for some reason, people think that's pretty cool. And if you're playing theNew England Patriotsin the Super Bowl, and you've got 26 seconds left and you're down by four, and it's second and goal on their 1-yard line, try not to throw an interception. That'spurely, purely hypothetical though, of course."

The theme of Wilson's speech focused on what to do when life tells you no. He stressed to the graduates to know what they're capable of, always be prepared and keep things in perspective.

Wilson attended Wisconsinafter starting his college career at NC State. He played for the Badgers in 2011, completing 72.8 percent of his passes with 33 touchdowns and four interceptions.
