Authorities have since charged Daniel Sanchez with two counts of misdemeanor breaking and entering and one count of felony breaking and entering.

He is currently being held under a $15,000 bond at the Wake County Detention Center.

In June, Morrisville police were investigating four other daytime break-ins in the Breckenridge subdivision.
