RALEIGH (WTVD) -- A tractor-trailer failed to heed the low clearance warning for a railroad overpass on Peace Street in Raleigh Thursday morning.
ABC11 crews were on scene while a tow truck worked to free the semi.
Officials have yet to say if there was any structural damage.
