RALEIGH, North Carolina (WTVD) -- The southbound lane of Capital Boulevard at the merge ramp for Wake Forest Road has reopened.
The roadway was closed for about fours hours Monday so city crews could fix an emergency water line repair.
All traffic from Wake Forest Road was diverted to northbound Capital Boulevard.
