RALEIGH (WTVD) -- A Raleigh fire marshal was involved in a two-car crash in downtown Tuesday morning.

It happened around 11 a.m. at Blount and Morgan streets. No one was injured in the accident.

Images from the scene showed a City of Raleigh Fire Department vehicle stopped at a sidewalk curb, barely missing a telephone pole.

A gold Chevrolet sedan also appeared to be damaged.

Authorities have not said what caused the collision.
