RALEIGH, N.C. (WTVD) -- A Triangle mother is accused of getting behind the wheel while impaired with her son in the car.
Kristin Michelle Jackson faces DWI and misdemeanor child abuse charges.
Police arrested the 25-year-old just after 4 a.m. Sunday in the 4400 block of Capital Boulevard.
Warrants show the child is under the age of 16.
