CAR NEARLY FALLS OFF BRIDGE
A 17-year-old driver lost control of his car in New Hampshire and hit a pile of snow that lifted the vehicle up and nearly over a bridge guardrail.
Amazingly, the teenager managed to get out with the car hanging at least 50 feet above a river.
He was not hurt, but he did get a citation for driving out of his lane.
KING TO BE REBURIED
A funeral procession for the remains of King Richard III was held in Leicester, England over the weekend.
The king was killed in battle in 1485, his body royally desecrated, and thrown into an unmarked grave.
Archaeologists found his remains three years ago buried underneath a parking lot.
Richard's formal re-burial will be Thursday in Leicester Cathedral.
PIZZA FOR THE POPE
If you can't get the Pope to the pizzeria, why not get the pizza to the Pope?
That's exactly what the owner of a pizzeria did Sunday as Pope Francis rode through Naples.
The pizza maker hopped a security fence and ran up to the Pope mobile with a custom-made pizza marked with the words "Long live the Pope" and the Pope gladly accepted it.
In an interview just days ago, Pope Francis said he just wanted to go out to a pizzeria without being recognized.
