RALEIGH (WTVD) -- Crews shut off the water at a water main break that closed traffic on Falls of Neuse Road near Wakefield Pines Drive early Thursday morning.
The water stopped flowing around 8 a.m. but the area remained a mess.
After shutting off the water flow, crews began cleaning up the area.
It's unclear at this time what caused the break, but repair crews brought a new water valve to complete the repair.
Crews were able to reopen traffic on Falls of Neuse Road by 12:30 p.m.
