VIDEO: Flooding in Boone as Tropical Storm Michael moves through NC

BOONE, N.C. (WTVD) -- Twitter video shows flooding in Boone as Tropical Storm Michael makes its way into the state.

Michael entered the Florida Panhandle on Wednesday as a Category 4 Hurricane before making its way to North Carolina.
