Must-See Videos: Wind threatens to snap light poles
HIGH WIND WARNING!
The British Isles are known for their high winds when storms blow in off the Atlantic Ocean.
We have video from last week of the wind blowing so hard in west Yorkshire that it threatened to snap light poles down the center of a motorway.
It appeared the poles would break and topple right on top of passing vehicles, but thankfully they did not.
SNOWY HIT AND RUN
A TV station crew was filming as two men on a 4-wheeler spun out during a snow storm and slammed right into a parked SUV in Worcester, Massachusetts.
The front of the SUV was damaged, but instead of doing the right thing, the men got back on the off-road vehicle and left.
BIKINIS & SNOW MOBILES
The Saint German, Wisconsin bikini run draws a huge crowd every year.
The charity event broke a record this year, raising more than $50,000, and one racer even made the Guinness Book of World Records by speeding down the track at 125 miles per hour.
SNOWMAN RECORD
And another Guinness record in Ottawa, Canada for the most snowmen built in an hour.
Hundreds of people gathered to take part Sunday.
The crowd put up a total of 1,299.
The old record was held by Salt Lake City.
