How to keep your sanity while adjusting to working from home

Dr. Mehul Mankad, Chief Medical Officer at Alliance Health, has some tips for keeping your sanity while adjusting to the new normal.

  • Think carefully about how you're communicating with your coworkers
  • Create an environment where you can free yourself from distraction
  • Keep some of the same routines from when you were working in the office (like dressing professionally)
  • Identify time to step away from work at the end of the day to focus on yourself and your family
