Man charged in Fayetteville bank robbery

FAYETTEVILLE (WTVD) -- The Fayetteville Police Department says it's made an arrest in Tuesday's robbery at the Lumbee Guaranty Bank.

It happened just before 5 p.m. at 2315 Bloom Avenue, off South Raeford Road.

Police said a masked man with a burgundy "Central Michigan" hoodie entered the bank and went to a teller. He passed a note demanding money and then fled with cash.

Now, 22-year-old Montague Aaron McMillan is charged with robbery. Bond was set at $50,000.
