CARTHAGE, N.C. (WTVD) -- A Carthage, North Carolina cat won the award for wackiest pet name of the year.

Jean Clawed Van Damme won the award over cats named 'Boba Fetticine,' 'Henry Hissenger,' 'Avocato' and others.
