The sale opens to sellers on Thursday, with $15 admission for the general public between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.

Amy Winstead says it is a great opportunity to get a head start.
She also tells us many people are catching great deals on high ticket items like strollers or cribs that normally go from hundreds of dollars.
A deal for people selling and looking to buy.
"And we're having hard times in a little bit of a recession happening, gas prices are high, grocery prices are high. Families do what it takes to make some extra money," she said.
The public sale, with free admission, is Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and continues Saturday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Then on Sunday, everything is half price, from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.
Entry for the public is free.
