The N.C. Center for Missing Persons issued a Silver Alert for Cathy Larue Westbrook on Sunday afternoon.
Monday morning, law enforcement announced that the woman has been found safe.
Local law enforcement leaders are planning to release more information about how the woman was located later Monday.
