The Peak City Pig Fest kicked off in downtown Apex this weekend.
The barbeque competition and festival was held on both Friday and Saturday in the parking lot of Salem and Saunders Streets.
ABC11 Meteorologist Kweilyn Murphy was a judge in the dessert contest on Friday.
