Officers responded to the 100 block of North 10th Street just before 6 p.m. for a crash involving a pedestrian.
Officers found Susan Manus, 63, on the shoulder of the road. She was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver, Allen Reaves, fled the scene.
Police say Reaves was arrested and charged with hit and run causing death.
