CUMBERLAND COUNTY, N.C. (WTVD) -- An 18-year-old was shot Sunday morning in Cumberland County.
It happened just after midnight at Moose Lodge on Owen Drive. Cumberland County 911 received several calls reporting an active shooting with gunshots heard in the background.
Responding deputies found an 18-year-old suffering with gunshot wounds. They were taken to Cape Fear Valley Hospital for treatment.
The Cumberland County Sheriff's Department is leading the investigation into the incident.
