CARY, N.C. (WTVD) -- A man is in the Wake County Jail this morning after being arrested by Cary police.
Aaron Michael Wendell, 40, was taken into custody at 1:30 a.m. and served with a warrant for his arrest on charges including communicating threats.
The arrest took place at an apartment building on Wisdom Drive, just off O'Kelly Chapel Road.
Police had to use a battering ram to get inside the apartment and take the man into custody.
