It was reported that the child left in an SUV with her father, Zackary Upton, 29, and Christina Jones, 54.

With the help of the Johnston County Sheriff's Office, all three were found. WCSO deputies took Upton and Jones into custody.
Investigators said Upton allegedly broke into a home on Benson Road and assaulted his ex-girlfriend.
Upton is charged with injury to real property, assault on a female, first degree burglary, and misdemeanor crime of domestic violence. Jones is charged with first degree burglary and injury to real property.
Both made court appearances on Thursday.
