DURHAM (WTVD) -- A car drove into a Durham apartment complex Monday evening.
It happened at the Savannah Place Apartments near N.C. Highway 54.
No one was injured.

Police said the driver mistook the gas pedal for the brakes.
No charges will be filed.
The fire department will determine if the building is structurally sound.
