RALEIGH, N.C. (WTVD) -- Chick-fil-A has removed pea starch from its waffle fries recipe after customer complaints about changes to flavor and texture.
The ingredient, added in 2024 to maintain crispness, is no longer used.
Fans have celebrated the change on social media, and the updated ingredient list is now reflected online.
