The popular attraction was supposed to be closed through Friday as crews worked to repair road damage after heavy rain during Memorial Day weekend triggered a landslide.
The work was completed ahead of schedule, and the park reopened at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday.
"We here at Chimney Rock are no strangers to setbacks following Hurricane Helene, and we are incredibly thankful for the support from NC State Parks and NCDOT to repair the damage quickly," Director and General Manager Emily Walker said in a statement.
