The Coast Guard rescued a teen hundreds of miles off North Carolina's coast Saturday.
The 19-year-old became seriously ill on board a cruise ship 400 miles off NC's coast.

The ship was heading to New York City, but changed course to meet a Coast Guard helicopter crew from Elizabeth City.
The crew flew the woman to a hospital in Virginia. There's been no word on her condition.
