RALEIGH (WTVD) -- A 58-year old Wake County construction worker has been charged with felony sex crimes involving a child.
Police arrested Epifanio Hernandez-Garcia, of Raleigh, on Saturday. He is accused of two felonies involving sexual contact with a child.

Hernandez-Garcia is facing charges of first-degree sex offense and indecent liberties with a child. The alleged crimes happened on Friday, according to court records.
The News & Observer reports Hernandez-Garcia is being held in lieu of a $1 million bail and is barred from having any contact with the victim or the victim's family.
His first court appearance is Monday.
