DURHAM (WTVD) -- Durham Mayor Bill Bell helped kick off "Creek Week" in the Bull City on Saturday.
Creek Week is all about protecting local streams and waterways.
Saturday's event in Durham Central Park included a parade, a scavenger hunt, and murals painted by students from three Durham schools.
The goal is to educate Durham residents about our water resources.
