The Moore County Sheriff's Office said Wednesday that Caleb Hayden Fosnaugh was brought from Coshocton County in Ohio, where he was arrested, back to North Carolina after he waived extradition.
New video obtained by ABC11 shows the moments that Fosnaugh was arrested by the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
Fosnaugh, 25, was identified as the ex-boyfriend of victim Katerina Tovmash, 21.
Tovmash and her boyfriend, Matthew Wade, 28, were killed in a shooting on Feb. 14 in the Woodlake community of Vass.

Fosnaugh has been formally charged with two counts of murder and felony breaking and entering.
On Thursday, he was assigned a capital defender to represent him in the case, and the judge ordered him to be held without bond.

He is being held at the Moore County Detention Center.
Fosnaugh's next court date is set for March 11.
