The artist was agreeing with an article posted that ruled high school girls in New Zealand would have to lower their skirts to knee level.
In a tweet storm, Badu continues to say that it is natural for a male to be sexually attracted to "women of child bearing age" in short skirts.

Although many people agreed with her tweets, others suggested her message implies that girls are responsible for how men interact and think.
"...But do I think it is unnatural for a heterosexual male 2b attracted to a young woman in a revealing skirt? No. I think it is his nature..," Badu added.
