FAYETTEVILLE (WTVD) -- A family of four was forced from their home in the middle of the night after a fire broke out.
It happened on Merry Maple Lane in the Lafayette Plantation Mobile Home Park in Fayetteville.

One of the residents had to jump out of a window to safety, and had to be treated for cuts to his leg.
Officials said it appeared someone may have left something cooking on a stove, which sparked the blaze.
