Police say incidents involved a pizza being ordered to a vacant house. When the delivery driver came, they were robbed at gun point.
22-year-old Kabron Thaggard was arrested. He is facing charges of:
- Two counts of robbery with a dangerous weapon
- Two counts of second-degree kidnapping
- Two counts of breaking and entering a motor vehicle
- Two counts of felony possession of stolen property
- Two counts of felony conspiracy
- One count of possession of a stolen motor vehicle
- One count of felony fleeing to elude
- One count of possession of weapon of mass destruction
He is currently being held at the Cumberland County Detention Center on a $450,000 secured bond.
